Terms & Conditions
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or credit note.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: orders@fitnessfusion.co.za
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Fitness Fusion Online Store Return Policy
At Fitness Fusion, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with your item, here’s what you need to know about our return policy:
Eligibility for Exchange or Credit note:
-No refunds on Online purchases.
-Items may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging, with a receipt/ proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Items marked on sale
- Opened hygiene products
- Swimwear
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@fitnessfusion.co.za or 021 001 0081.
- Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- We will provide you with further instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
Exchanges and Vouchers:
- We do not offer refunds for online purchases. However, you may exchange an item for a different size or colour, or receive a voucher to use at a later stage.
- Please follow the return process outlined above to initiate an exchange or voucher request.
Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was shipped.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Credit Note Policy
We have a 7-day credit note policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a credit note. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the credit note was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent a credit note code within 10 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and refunds on Online purchases, Sale items & gift cards.
